Usage note:
- Tighten or loosen the screw to obtain the desired grind.
- Beware of the direct sunlight that changes the colours of your mills.
- Do not put near a heat source.
- Do not immerse your mills in water.
- Use good quality peppers. Pink pepper and juniper berries, for example, will interfere with the proper functioning of the mechanism and may even damage it.
